Wilson Fearnall provided specialist support as part of the client team for Heathrow Airport Limited on the development of their new third runway.    Alongside their existing team, Wilson Fearnall were responsible for managing the land referencing process; managing the Section 53 process; leading the production of the required DCO documentation for the property function; developing and leading the land access process; managing external consultants across aa range of services including legal, database management & GIS; supporting the wider project team on commercial engagement matters and managing the consultation process with key stakeholders.
