Alongside their existing team, Wilson Fearnall were responsible for managing the land referencing process; managing the Section 53 process; leading the production of the required DCO documentation for the property function; developing and leading the land access process; managing external consultants across aa range of services including legal, database management & GIS; supporting the wider project team on commercial engagement matters and managing the consultation process with key stakeholders.
