HS2 Contracts and Phase 2b routes to be confirmed today

Published On: July 17th, 2017Categories: News

Secretary of State for Transport Chris Grayling is expected to confirm the new route for Phase 2b of HS2 later today.

This announcement coincides with the award of approx £6.6billion of construction contracts on Phase 1.

Many landowners affected by the scheme are being left ‘in limbo’ as HS2 looks to defer the procurement of property until the proposals are more advanced.

If you have land or property potentially affected by the project please get in touch for advice.
